How many other brokerages will get the same leads as me?

To ensure a high level of service for all users, we have established region-based limits on the number of broker users, based on new agent volume. The region user caps range from one brokerage for small regions to eight brokerages for larger ones. When the cap is reached, registration for new users in that region is automatically disabled. To find out the specific number of users allowed in your region, please email us at team@agentcrawl.com.

Can I send custom emails to each agent?

Absolutely! You can create an automated email that includes the name each recipient. To learn how to do this, refer to our guide on creating personalized emails that automatically populate with each agent's information.

How does Agentcrawl find contact information for newly licensed agents?

Agentcrawl uses public license records to find identifying information for recently licensed individuals. Our algorithm cross-references this data with other government and social records to accurately identify high-quality contact information for each lead.

Will Agentcrawl design my solicitations?

New users are encouraged to schedule a tech consultation with a member of our team who will guide them through their first email design. While we won't write the copy for you, we can help structure your email, including adding your logo, formatting the text properly, and creating a call-to-action button that directs prospective agents.

Can I have exclusivity in my region?

We provide the option for brokerages in smaller region to maintain exclusivity over the agent contact data in their area. To learn about the available regions or to request this service for your region, please send an email to team@agentcrawl.com.

Is email and sms recruitment marketing allowed by the DRE?

State regulations regarding direct advertising to prospective clients can vary. At Agentcrawl, we adhere to all guidelines outlined by the Department of Real Estate. You can check out our guide on direct advertising for more information, and be sure to review your specific state's DRE rules as well.

How long will it take for me to get new clients?

Like Direct Mail, Email and SMS recruitment marketing is a numbers game. We can't promise that you'll immediately obtain new agents. However, if you're sending thorough and transparent advertisements consistently, you will see a return on your efforts.
As a general rule, expect to send emails for 2-3 weeks before you sign your first agent. Make sure someone at your brokerage is dedicated to recruiting agent leads that calll into your office.

Is this a replacement for SEO or Direct Mail?

Email & SMS agent recruiting campaigns are an excellent way to grow your brokerage quickly. As you start to take on more agents, your brokerage's advertising budget will increase and we’ll grow with you.
